About me, well, here I go...Marine Corps Veteran, honest, loyal, monogamous only, forgiving, non-judgemental, I am a music lover, GOD lover, Golf, offshore fishing, boating, outdoor / indoor concerts, the beach, festivals, sports events (all kinds),Intimacy ( and not just sex ), easy walks, movies. Bingeing series, and a nice home cooked meal with a movie and a glass of wine. I try to stay in shape by keeping active. I consider myself to be funny, sometimes over the top. I do NOT take myself too seriously. I treat people with Honesty, forgiveness, kindness and respect. Life has thrown its challenges at me as it does for all of us but I am thankful to have come out with a positive attitude. I am not particularly a fan of online dating but I am also an optimist so I am grateful to meet those whom I may not have ever met otherwise. I have a pretty good life balance. I like to stay active and am always open to new ideas for activities, intimacy, mindfulness, HUMOR for sure. So throw it out there! Now comes the part that if you've gotten this far....curious or interested you must know this.....the caveat as follows and being honest and transparent.....Presently I have no DL and therefore my transportation is simply restricted to my Golf Cart which serves me perfectly because I live in a Golf cart community where most people choose that economical method. My community......The Villages in Florida is about 57 square miles in size. It's the world's largest retirement community and is located in central Florida. and can get anywhere here by golf cart. Endless shopping, Groceries, Golf ( over 100 courses ) Restaurants.....on and on. Look, I am humbled in this situation and it's nobody's fault than mine. My last Dui was 2017. I suffer from PTSD ( Marine Corps service ) and self medicated to deal with Nightmares and that lead to have fear of going back to sleep. HOWEVER...I recently completed over a year in treatment gratefully given through the VA. Wow..what enlightening experience....my only regret in that is it took so long for the evolution of mental healths recognition and action. Now I understand fully why both brothers, father and both grandfathers ( Marines ) were so dysfunctional. They used to term it shell shock. I just have to disclose this. I do understand it's perhaps a deal breaker. God bless you all.
